What we hold, and why.
Short version: we collect the least we can, we use it to do the thing you asked for, and you can have it removed by sending one email.
What we collect
If you send us a note or take the ISO 9001 readiness check, we collect your name and email address, and your company name and phone number if you give them. The readiness check also records your sector, your answers to the fifteen questions, and your score.
Why we collect it
To send you the thing you asked for, whether that is a reply or your readiness result. To follow up if there is a good reason to, and to add you to the Cordial digest if you ticked the box asking us to. We do not add anyone to the digest who has not ticked that box.
Where it is kept
Enquiries and readiness results are held in our own client system. Digest subscriptions are held in our own marketing system. Email is sent through Resend, our email provider. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
Unsubscribing
Every digest carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It takes effect immediately, and you can still contact us afterwards without being added back.
Having your data deleted
Email hello@cordialadvisory.co.uk and ask. We will delete what we hold about you and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
